On March 20th, to celebrate the upcoming World Theatre Day, students from grades 6–8 visited the Doll Museum at The Maska Theatre in Rzeszów. During the workshops, they got to try their hand at being real doll actor and discovered how different types of dolls are brought to life. Spoiler: it’s way harder than it looks! 😄
Next up was „Znaki szczególne” – a powerful and moving youth theatre show about the effects of addiction that gave everyone plenty to think about. After the show, students sat down with the actors and a psychologist to talk about how we can truly support people struggling with addiction.
And of course – no school trip is complete without a food stop. On the way back we treated ourselves to a delicious kebab and a doughnut 😋
A huge round of applause to our students for their courageous and thoughtful contributions to the discussion, and for showing such respect and appreciation for the theatre. We couldn’t be more proud! 🧡
